About Us
Rehobeth Red White & Boom is an annual community celebration held at the Rehobeth High School Stadium in Rehobeth, AL. Established in 2020, this event has quickly become one of the most anticipated summer gatherings in the area, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for an evening of fun, food, and fireworks.
Thanks to the generous support of local businesses and sponsors, Rehobeth Red White & Boom remains a FREE event for the entire community — the event features an exciting lineup of activities, including inflatables, food and retail vendors, a live concert, dunking booth, bull riding, and even helicopter rides for an unforgettable experience.
The night culminates in a spectacular fireworks show at 9:00 PM, lighting up the Rehobeth sky and creating lasting memories for all attendees.
Our mission is to bring the community together, celebrate local talent, and create a safe and fun environment where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're a long-time resident or visiting for the first time, Rehobeth Red White & Boom is the perfect way to kick off the summer with friends, family, and neighbors.

How It Started
What started in 2020 as a small Independence Day gathering of several hundred locals has grown into a treasured community tradition that welcomes over 6,000 guests from neighboring communities. Originally started by Ashley & Nikki Enfinger of ANB Hardware & Outdoors, the event was intended as a “thank you” to the community for their support during their first year of business in Rehobeth. Within days of announcing the event, Mayor Trotter and the Town Council expressed interest in joining in to double the size of the firework show.
The first event took place amidst COVID restrictions when people were desperate for community and fellowship. On July 3, 2020, in the parking lot of ANB Hardware & Outdoors, along the roads and in neighboring farmers’ fields, 700+ locals came together. Families sat on tailgates together, kids who had been away from friends for months, sat on blankets watching fireworks together. It was a simple time of fellowship and community that was needed in such an uncertain time.
In the days following the first event, several key Rehobeth businesses committed to contribute significantly in 2021 to ensure this became an annual event for the community. In our second year, attendance tripled, we added food and craft vendors, inflatables and even a local rivalry dunking booth. The sense of community was palpable and many would say the fellowship amongst guests rivaled a family reunion; but it was clear a larger location was necessary. Through a partnership with Houston County Schools, Rehobeth High School stadium was offered as the new location for 2022.
Since moving to the new venue, we have hosted upwards of 6,000 guests, added over a dozen food vendors, concerts, kids corner and various attractions and displays. We have a group of volunteers who serve on the Planning Committee, a group of local students who serve as Ambassadors and a host of dedicated local businesses who invest annually so that guests can experience Red White & Boom 100% FREE. No parking, no passes, no wristbands…the only thing you will spend money on is food or retail vendors.
Through all of the growth our mission remains the same, to provide a safe, fun and family-friendly environment for the community to come together to celebrate what unites us all. It is our goal to create an atmosphere of fellowship and togetherness that can not be matched by any other festival, to help create lasting memories for families and to show the commitment and community spirit that makes Rehobeth such a special place.
We are proud of how far we’ve come – and even more excited for what is next. Join us this year for an unforgettable Independence Day celebration!
