What items are prohibited?
Weapons & Explosives: Weapons of any kind, fireworks, explosives, pepper spray, and mace. Containers & Food (except special diet and infant food): Glass containers, coolers, Alcohol. Electronics & Cameras: Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (detachable lenses, tripods), drones, and laser pointers. Comfort & Furniture: Tents, canopies, large umbrellas, hammocks, chairs that might damage foortball field, and large lounging equipment. Prohibited SubstancesL Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana. Smoking is not allowed on School frounds to include smokless tobacco use and vaping. Miscellaneous: Non-Festival approed flyers, posters, or other marketing materials, personal golf carts, Segways, ATV's, UTV's, regardless of disability.
Discretion: Event staff reserves the right to confiscate or ban any item deemed dangerous or a nuisance. Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials. This list is subject to change. If the item in question is not explicitly listed, it will be up to security's discretion to allow it into the festival.
Is the event free?
Yes, there is no admission price or ticket to attend. Parking is FREE with a canned good donation at the entrance. The Helicopter rides, food, craft and retail vendors do charge, but all of the kid’s activities are free, the concert is free, and the fireworks show is free.
Are there VIP tickets with perks available?
VIP experiences are reserved for our gracious sponsors. They cover the cost of the entire event so we go the extra mile to make their experience special. If you are interested in being a sponsor in the future, email info@rehobethredwhiteboom.com for details.
Can I Sit on the Field?
YES, this year we have added a General Audience Field Section to the on-Field Seating for the public to enjoy. The VIP Seating, VIP Hospitality sections and Field Level reserved seating are for our sponsors and their guests. There will be a gated section where you can watch the concert from the field that will be open to the public. No chairs are allowed in front of the Stage, but lawn chairs and blankets will be allowed on the side stage sections of the field.
Do you accept cash and card?
Yes, the vendors will be accepting cash and cards. There also will be ATM’s on site.

What are the parking arrangements?
Parking is free with a canned good (cash donations to SABA are accepted in lieu of canned goods ). The main entrance is the High School; secondary parking is available in the Visitor parking area of the High School and also Rehobeth Baptist Church.
Handicap parking is available through the Visitor Parking area, behind the Fire Department. See the Parking Map
What is the expected weather?
Who knows, but this is a rain or shine event.
Can I bring my own food and Drinks?
Outside food and drink is allowed but discouraged. We hope you will support one of the many LOCAL food vendors and community clubs serving food.
Do I need to bring a chair?
Chairs are allowed, there is seating available inside the stadium on the VIP section, but if you prefer to have a chair and want to sit on the concrete pad you are welcome to do so as long as it does not impede on the flow of traffic. Only chairs that will not damage the football field will be allowed on the field surface seating area (event staff discretion) small lightweight lawn chairs suggested.
Can I bring my dog? Are service animals allowed?
Pets on a leash are allowed outside the stadium. No unleased pets will be permitted. There are no pets allowed inside the stadium for the concert of fireworks.
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue and inside the stadium. However, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the stadium.
Pets (Service Animals are permitted as defined by ADA guidelines. A Service Animal is defined by the ADA as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The service animal must be under control of it's handler. The bearer of animals must be prepared to answer questions as defined by the ADA:
